AMC's The Walking Dead blog goes behind the scenes with Greg Nicotero:

"Co-Executive Producer and Special FX Make-up Designer Greg Nicotero always finds new ways to bring the dead to life on The Walking Dead. Season 3 will be no exception: In this new behind-the-scenes video, Nicotero tours his KNB EFX studio, shows off some memorable zombies from the series, and reveals a few tricks he has up his sleeve to "bash, crush, smash, just destroy some of our walkers" from Season 3."
